Chief technology officer to serve as panelist at AFCEA health summit in Washington, D.C.

Mark Goodge, chief technology officer and deputy director for the Innovation and Advanced Technology Development Division, Health IT Directorate, Defense Health Agency (DHA), is speaking about mobile and Web applications in health care July 31 at the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Health Summit in Washington, D.C. Goodge is joining the panel, "Connected Devices Centric," to examine the progress of wearable devices and mobile technology between health providers and patients.

Thirty eight medical officers left clinical environments across the United States to learn basic soldiering skills at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

 

Soldiers and cadre in 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade worked together to run the Army Medical Department Direct Commissioning Course pilot program.
