NIH Forms New Collaborative Influenza Vaccine Research Network

As part of its ongoing commitment to developing better influenza vaccines, NIAID is establishing a network of research institutes known as the Collaborative Influenza Vaccine Innovation Centers (CIVICs) that will work together to coordinate their research on improving influenza vaccines. Each component of the network will have a role to play in designing, manufacturing and testing potential new influenza vaccines, as well as analyzing experimental results.
