CDC's Influenza Division produces a weekly influenza surveillance report, FluView. According to this week's report (Jan 28- Feb 3), seasonal influenza activity increased in the United States. Ten additional pediatric deaths were reported for this season bringing the current total of pediatric deaths to 63. Forty-three states experienced high Influenza Like Illness (ILI) activity levels.
