Updated Guidelines Available: NHLBI FY 2015 Funding and Operating Guidelines

Funding and Award Policies The FY 2015 Funding and Operating Guidelines have been updated to reflect the following changes: NIH is no longer functioning under a Continuing Resolution as announced in the NIH Fiscal Policy for Grant Awards –FY2015 (NOT-OD-15-050); Change in Salary Cap from $181,500 to $183,300 effective January 11, 2015, as announced in the Notice of Salary Limitation on Grants, Cooperative Agreements, and Contracts (NOT-OD-14-052); Under Duration of Research Project Grants AIDS applications are no longer excepted from the policy restricting funding duration of investigator-initiated R01 competing applications, regardless of percentile or priority score, to four years or less.
