Today is the day – the Health Insurance Marketplace is open! Beginning now through February 15, 2015 – you can sign up now for an affordable health plan at HealthCare.gov. If you signed up for Marketplace insurance last time - we encourage you to come back, update your application, compare your plans, choose the option that makes the most sense for your financial and health needs and enroll. The deadline to complete these steps is December 15, 2014. If you’re shopping for Marketplace coverage for the first time - Open Enrollment to sign up for an affordable health plan runs now through February 15th. Your coverage can start as soon as January 1st if you sign up by December 15, 2014. Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard to lay the groundwork for a successful Open Enrollment.
