Clear communication – it's vital to helping you make the most of your doctor's visit. Here are some tips you can use:

  • Make a list of your health concerns and put the most important ones at the top.   
  • Write down a list of all of your current medications, vitamins, and supplements with the dosage information.
  • Don't forget to bring your glasses and/or hearing aids!
